Service Delivery Manager - Business Technology
I have been at Lumo for 16 months. I came on as a contractor to help with some process implementation. I was eventually offered the role of Service Delivery manager as that was a function we noticed missing in our team.
My average day consists of guiding the Service Desk. I am responsible for most of the ITIL process which are Change Control, Release management, Request Management, Incident Management. I manage our vendor relationships and am an escalation point for our Business.
