What's changed on my invoice?

  • Payment options now appear on the front page
  • Electricity concessions you receive will appear on the back page under Your Electricity Usage
  • Gas concessions you receive will appear on the back page under Your Gas Usage
  • If you're a direct debit client, you'll find direct debit details on the back page with your payment slip
