DEFINITIONS
'Entrant': An entrant is any person(s) who has filled in a Lumo Energy and Queensland Reds Survey between 11.00am (AEST) and 11.00pm (AEST) on Saturday 9 July 2011.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1.1 Each entry must comply with the following:
(a) Only Australian residents over the age of 18 are eligible to enter the competition.
(b) Employees of Infratil Energy Australia, Lumo Energy, Queensland Rugby/Queensland Reds or any supplier that works directly with Lumo Energy and their immediate families are ineligible to win the prize.
In the event that someone who does not fit the above criteria is selected as the major prize winner then a new winner will be selected using the same process as the first draw.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2.0 Lumo Energy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has tampered with the entry process, or who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
3.0 It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the contact details provided are correct. Lumo Energy is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. Lumo Energy assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
4.0 This competition commences at 11.00am (AEST) on Saturday 9 July and ends at 11.00pm (AEST) on Saturday 9 July 2011.
5.0 The winner will be randomly drawn via computer generation at Level 3, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on Thursday 14 July 2011.
6.0 The winner will be notified by email on Thursday 14 July 2011.
PRIZES
7.0 The first valid entry drawn will receive a $250 Myer Gift Voucher.
11.0 Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Lumo Energy shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
12.0 In the event that any of the first drawn winners have not claimed their prize by 11.59pm AEST on 14 October 2011, a second draw will be conducted by Lumo Energy. The second draw shall be conducted on 15 October 2011 at the same premises as the original draw.
13.0 Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
14.0 If a prize (or part of a prize) is not available, Lumo Energy reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of a prize) with a prize of equal value.
15.0 Multiple entries not permitted. One entry per person only.
16.0 The Promoter, Lumo Energy Australia Pty Ltd, its related companies and associated agencies and contractors shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, any personal injury or death suffered or sustained as a result of or connection with this promotion, or the use of any prize except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
17.0 We will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of your personal or sensitive information and other information or data collected by us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as perfectly secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your personal and sensitive information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. You transmit such information at your own risk.
18.0 Prize winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) related to the winning of a prize free of charge and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
19.0 The Promoter is Lumo Energy Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 69 100 528 327) of Level 3, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
20.0 This competition does not involve an elimination round, only one winner is randomly selected.
22. Lumo Energy will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes or participating in the afternoon with the Queensland Reds players.
