*Terms and Conditions apply to new residential customers signing up to the Lumo Velocity offer on a 24 month contract. The offer of 10,000 Bonus Points is available for current Velocity Frequent Flyer Members only, and will be applied for those signing up for electricity only, or for electricity and gas accounts.
The 10,000 Bonus Points will not be awarded to gas only clients. Clients on electricity only and electricity and gas accounts will be awarded 6 Velocity Points per dollar spent on every Lumo Energy invoice for the term of their contract. You must be an Australian resident and over 18 years of age. This offer is only available in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia in areas where Lumo Energy is able to supply its services.
