     What happened to Eco Gold

Eco Gold was a rewards program associated with Victoria Electricity, this rewards program was replaced with Lumo Advantage when we changed our name to Lumo Energy. The good news is that many of the offers available with Eco Gold are still available now with Lumo Advantage. Offers like discounted IMAX tickets, discounted theme park tickets, discounts on flowers, bowling and clothing. To find out more visit the special offers section on the Lumo Advantage site.

It's easy to get started. If you have a Lumo Advantage card and would like to go shopping online, simply login to My Account, click the Lumo Advantage tab and start shopping. Add products to your cart and enter all your details in the checkout, enter your valid MasterCard or Visa and the product will be delivered.

     How do I become a Member?

If you have signed up to our Lumo Advantage package, Lumo Express package, or one of our Lumo Life packages, you are automatically a member of the Lumo Advantage online rewards program. All you need to do is register your details in My Account and you will then be able to log in to Lumo Advantage through the Lumo Advantage tab in My Account.

     What offers are available through Lumo Advantage

There are literally 1,000's of great deals available through Lumo Advantage from some of Australias top retailers and brands. Offers include 5% off Wish Gift Cards, Coles Cards and Myer Gift Cards, savings on Hoyts Movie Tickets, 25% off Brother Appliances, savings on Sunbeam Appliances and more.

     What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?

We accept credit card payments by Visa and MasterCard

NOTE: At this stage we are unable to accept American Express, Diners Club, BPAY or Direct Deposit payments

The Lumo Advatange site is a secure website, in fact it is more secure than if you use your credit card in a retail shop. At Lumo Advantage your trust is most important to us and with this in mind we are working with some of the most secure credit card processes in the country.

     Why does "212F" appear on my credit card statement?

212F Pty Ltd is the contracted program manager for the Lumo Advantage program and therefore all payments are processed through their own merchant facility.

     Which Carrier/Courier do you use?

The service we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post's eParcel, it is a registered delivery service. With this service Australia Post will deliver your order to your nominated delivery address. If no one is home, they will leave a card stating that your item is available for you to collect from your local post office. This service also allows us to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

We also work with a suite of courier companies who we contract to do some of our deliveries depending on the item being shipped and the location we are delivering to. These work much the same way as Australia Post’s eParcel service as they are also registered and insured services.

     Where do you deliver to and how long does delivery take?

We deliver all around Australia to residential or business addresses. We also deliver non-bulky items (eg. Vouchers) to Australian PO Box addresses.

Please note that if you live in an area that is generally considered difficult to access or is poorly serviced by Australia Post and/or couriers then we may not be able to deliver to you. This is more likely if the items you order from us are very bulky. In these cases we will offer you a full refund.

Our transit guidelines are:

For Vouchers: 14 working days
For Merchandise: Up to 28 days from placement of order

Over 90% of orders shipped by Australia Post arrive within these transit times, and over 95% of orders shipped using our couriers arrive within these transit times. However, if your order has still not arrived after more than 1 full working day after the end of the specified transit times, please notify lumoadvantage@212f.com and quote your invoice number for follow-up.

     Where do I get a Lumo Advantage card?

A card will be sent out to you when you sign up to either the Lumo Advantage Package or one of our Lumo Life Packages

     Do I need my Lumo Advantage Card to purchase items?

No. All you need is your client number when you log in to My Account and you will have access to the Lumo Advantage online shopping portal.

     How do I become a supplier?

We are always open to offers from suppliers who have quality merchandise available at a price where our customers can enjoy a substantial saving. We consider ongoing and overstocked lines. We buy all sorts of products, as you can see from the category links on our website and a range of quantities. If you do have interest in supplying to us, we do require that what you offer us:

  • Can be offered to our customers at a substantial discount to prices in retail stores
  • Is a well recognised brand or of a quality that would be considered good value at the prices being sold in retail stores
  • Has good consumer appeal
  • Allows us a reasonable retail margin
  • Would travel reasonably well to our customers through the post

If you are a supplier and have one or more products to offer us, please send us an email lumoadvantage@212f.com with all the details relating to your offer. Please include your best offer - we seek to avoid protracted haggling over any one offer.
