Terms and Conditions
Your Lumo Advantage Card entitles you to receive Benefits and rewards from Participating Supply Partners of the Lumo Advantage Membership Program. Your use of the Lumo Advantage Card and the provision of the Benefits by the Participating Supply Partners via the Lumo Advantage Membership Program are subject to these terms and conditions.
Definitions
- Lumo Energy means: Lumo Energy Australia Pty Ltd ABN 69 100 528 327, Lumo Energy (NSW) Pty Ltd ABN 92 121 155 011, Lumo Energy (QLD) Pty Ltd ABN 63 114 356 642, Lumo Energy (SA) Pty Ltd ABN 61 114 356 697, the operators of the Lumo Advantage Membership Program.
- Card means the Lumo Advantage Card or Lumo Advantage Introductory Card.
- Member means a member of the Lumo Advantage Membership Program.
- Website and Lumo Advantage Website means www.lumoadvantage.com.au
- Participating Supply Partner means a supplier of goods and services offered to members via the Lumo Advantage Membership Program.
- Benefits means goods and services offered by Participating Supply Partners via the Lumo Advantage Membership Program.
- We and Our means: Lumo Energy Australia Pty Ltd ABN 69 100 528 327, Lumo Energy (NSW) Pty Ltd ABN 92 121 155 011, Lumo Energy (QLD) Pty Ltd ABN 63 114 356 642, Lumo Energy (SA) Pty Ltd ABN 61 114 356 697.
- Promoter: 212F Pty Ltd ABN 70 106 450 631 who are the appointed program manager by Lumo Energy Pty Ltd of the Lumo Advantage program

Acceptance of the terms & conditions
Lumo Advantage members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by using the Lumo Advantage Card to access Benefits provided by the Lumo Advantage Membership Program. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use the Card. We reserve the right to refuse your application for membership of the Lumo Advantage Membership Program. The Lumo Advantage Card remains the property of Lumo Energy.
Benefits and changes to Benefits
All Benefits, rewards and products offered via the Lumo Advantage Membership Program are subject to availability and to your compliance with the terms and conditions as determined by the Participating Supply Partner offering the Benefit. Participating Supply Partners reserve the right to withdraw from the Lumo Advantage Card Program or change the Benefits offered at any time. Lumo Energy will endeavour to provide members with as much notice as possible of any change but will not be liable to the member for failure to provide such notice.
The benefits available at any time are set out on the Program Website (www.lumoadvantage.com.au) and may only be purchased via the Program Website.
All Benefits are subject to availability and substitutions or restrictions may be necessary.
Please allow up to 28 days for processing and delivery of purchases. Sometimes due to seasonal demand such as Christmas, delivery time may exceed 28 days.
All rewards are subject to the specific conditions on which the provider of the reward makes the reward available. If there is any inconsistency between them and these terms and conditions, the specific conditions prevail.
Any dispute concerning Benefits received under the Program will be settled between the Participant and the merchant and/or supplier that supplied the Benefit. The Promoter and its agents will take no responsibility for resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself.
Participants must bring any discrepancies with Benefits received to the Promoter's attention within 30 days of receipt of the Benefit.
The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vouchers or tickets including during the course of delivery.
Members may find a full list of Benefits provided by the Lumo Advantage Membership Program via the Website at www.lumoadvantage.com.au. While Lumo Energy makes every endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the Website, Lumo Energy assumes no liability or responsibility for errors, omissions or the accuracy of the content of the Website.
Liability
Members enter arrangements with Participating Supply Partners at their own risk. Lumo Energy will not be liable for the unavailability of any benefit, delay, failure, misrepresentation or negligence by a Participating Supply Partner. To the fullest extent permitted by law Lumo Energy is not liable to the member for any loss or damage for any reason or cause arising out of or in connection with a Lumo Advantage Card or the use of the Website.
To the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act or any State or Territory Fair Trading Act under statute in respect of a good or service which cannot be provided is limited to the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply of the good (or equivalent) or service as implied in the Acts.
Membership termination
We may terminate your membership if you do not comply with the terms and conditions of the Lumo Advantage Membership Program or you use the Card in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading or may cause harm to Participating Supply Partners, Lumo Energy or other consumers.
Delivery
Please note the below delivery timeframes for purchases made under the Lumo Advantage program
- Gift Vouchers - 14 days
- Merchandise - 28 days
All delivery preferences are business addresses however home deliveries can be organised should that be required. Additional costs may apply, and the Lumo Advantage member must ensure that a person is at home to accept the delivery.
Voucher delivery charges are determined by the value of the order. Please note the delivery charges are as folllows Australia Wide

Express Post - $4.60 available for all orders
If you select Regular postage for your order, whilst Lumo Advantage take every care to process your order with Australia Post, we will not replace any items lost or delayed in delivery.
Variation of conditions
Lumo Energy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Lumo Energy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Lumo Advantage Membership Program at any time without prior notice. If the Lumo Advantage Membership Program is terminated Lumo Energy will refund any membership fee payment made to us, if any, pro-rata to the remainder of the membership post-termination of the Program.
Privacy
The Promoter is committed to protecting privacy and personal information in accordance with National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988. For further information, please phone the Lumo Advantage Assistance Line on 1300 115 866 to receive a copy of the Privacy Statement.
Warranties
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter has not made any warranties regarding any products purchased through the Lumo Advantage Program. Products may or may not come with a Manufacturer's Warranty and it is up to the Participant to be aware of the provisions of such warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Participant acknowledges that the Promoter makes no such warranties personally. To the extent lawful the Promoter has no liability to any Participant. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the products or paying the Participant the cost of such resupply.
Loss or Damage
Under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable for any loss damage to a person or property, direct, consequential or incidental, arising from or in connection with the program including any economic loss to the extent that such may be disclaimed by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and to the extent that the Promoter is otherwise found responsible for any damages, the Promoter is responsible for actual damages only. In no event shall the Promoter be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, or lost profits.
Termination
Upon termination of relevant Agency Agreement as the case may be, Participants may cease to be a member of the Promotion.
All Rewards, benefits and products are subject to availability.
