Accessing "My Account" allows you to set up your energy the way you want it. You can choose to receive your bills via email, add people to your account, view your bill and old bills online, enter your own energy readings and more.
What do you need to register for My Account?
- 1. Your Lumo Energy Client number - on your Lumo Advantage card and bill
- 2. An Email Address
- 3. Your current home address - Postal address
(Street Number and street name). - 4. Your date of birth - don't worry we won't tell anyone your real age
