Through our simple Online Payment Portal - We are now accepting payments via American Express!

Direct Debit
You can organise Direct Debit by filling out the form below. Once you're done, simply fax or mail it back to the address listed at the bottom of the form. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to call us on 1300 11 5866.

BPay

Using your unique reference number found on your invoice, simply set up the BPay and make the payment. To pay by BPay please call your bank, building society or credit union to make payment form your cheque or saving account.

Via Mail

Post the payment slip from your current Lumo Energy Invoice with your cheque made payable in the envelope provided to:

In Person

Take a trip to any Australia Post outlet in Australia and present your latest Lumo Energy Invoice to make a payment.
