If you have a query relating to your gas or electricity, we're available from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 5pm Saturday on 1300 11 5866.

We will attempt to handle your query at the first point of contact. We won't even explain it away or coat it in sugar. If you want to know what's happening, we will simply tell you.
