For New Customers
Are you a new customer? Lumo Energy offers plans tailored to suit your needs. Simply select your plan, provide your moving date, and sign up – it’s that easy!
Existing customers
Existing Lumo Energy customers enjoy the convenience of a seamless transition during their move. Once your moving date is locked in, just select your plan and advise us of your new address via MyAccount. You can trust us to handle the logistics while you focus on making your new house a home.
Get your lights on for moving day
If you’re moving home in more than 1 business day, you can get your energy connected by joining us online in just a few minutes, or by calling 1300 115 866. Standard connection charges may apply.
Victorian customers get free standard moves, when signing up to Lumo on a residential plan, with no standard connection charges for electricity or gas. If you are an existing Lumo customer, we’ll also waive your standard disconnection charges when you move with us.^
Need an urgent connection?
We know life can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer urgent connections for gas and electricity when moving.
If you’re moving home in less than 1 business day, give us a call before 12pm and we’ll help get you connected.‡ While we strive to maintain standard charges, urgent connections may incur additional fees. When you call us, we’ll take you through all the details. Unfortunately, we can't get you connected on a Sunday or a public holiday.
