Refer a friend, to Lumo and you’ll both get a $25 eGift card.^*

Being a Lumo customer is super rewarding! For every friend you refer that switches their electricity and/or gas account to Lumo, you will get a $25 eGift card - and your friend will too! Here’s what you need to do:

1. Refer

Login to MyAccount to share your unique referral link or tell your friends to quote your account number when they sign up via phone or online.

2. Receive

Once your friend has become a Lumo customer, you’ll both receive an email to redeem your $25 eGift card.

3. Redeem

Choose to spend your eGift card at one of the following retailers:

^*Available to residential customers in eligible areas of VIC and SA. Offer period begins on Monday 19 January 2026 and is ongoing, unless the Offer is withdrawn earlier. A returning customer must not have held an active electricity account with Lumo Energy at any time during the 24 month period prior to being referred. A Referred Customer will be eligible to receive one (1) $25 eGift Card once their residential electricity account has been transferred to Lumo. A Referring Customer will be eligible to receive one (1) $25 eGift Card, once the Referred Customer’s electricity account has been transferred to Lumo, provided the Referring Customer still has a residential electricity account with Lumo and has paid any outstanding amounts on their Lumo account(s). Eligible Customers will be issued with a Rewards Code to redeem their eGift Card which must be activated within 3 months of the Rewards Code being issued or else access to the relevant reward will be forfeited.
