Ways to pay

Direct Debit – Automate your payments with direct debit. Setup Direct Debit
BPAY – Our BPAY biller code is 275602 and you’ll find your reference number on the second page of your bill.
Call 1300 926 153 – You have 24/7 access to our automated phone service.
EvenPay® – Forget your bills by paying equal amounts via direct debit weekly, fortnightly or monthly at no extra cost to you. Find out more or call 1300 660 293 to set it up.
Post us a cheque – Make your cheque payable to Lumo Energy, GPO Box 5450, Melbourne, VIC 3001.
Pay in person at Australia Post – You can do this by cash, EFTPOS or cheque.
Centrepay – Arrange a regular payment through Centrelink. Call 1300 926 153.
