You can unlock your profile by following the steps below

1. Click “Unlock my digital profile” below
2. Enter your login email address
3. Click “Send Link to Unlock”
4. Check your email and click the “Unlock Profile Link”
5. Once your profile is unlocked, you can try to log back into the app

If you’ve forgotten your email address, please contact us for assistance.

If you log in with your Google, Microsoft or Apple account you’ll need to follow their password reset instructions before attempting to access the Lumo Energy app again.

If you log in with an email address and password, follow the steps below and we can send you a code to log in with instead.

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Lumo Energy app login screen
2. Enter your login email address
3. Click “Send Code”
4. Enter the 6 digit code we sent to your login email address
5. Click “Login”
6. Once you’re logged in, go to Profile -> Login details -> Change password

If you log in with your Google, Microsoft or Apple account you’ll need to follow their password reset instructions before attempting to access the Lumo Energy app again.

You can easily change your password once logged into the Lumo Energy app.

1. Visit “Your Profile” in the Lumo Energy app menu
2. Select “Login details”
3. Choose “Change password”
