You don't need to register if you are already registered for MyAccount on the Lumo website – simply use the same login details.

What details do I need to register for the Lumo Energy app?

You only need a few pieces of information to register and link your account. All we need is your:

  • Account Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth

You will need to ensure the information provided matches the details on your Lumo Energy account.

You can find your account number on your bill or welcome pack.

How long does it take to register for the Lumo Energy app?
