How do I register to MyAccount?

To register to MyAccount enter your email address and set a password, alternatively you can register using your Facebook, Google, Microsoft or Apple account.

To complete your registration and link your account, you'll need your:

  • Account Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth

You will need to ensure the information provided matches the details on your Lumo Energy account.
You can find your account number on your bill or welcome pack.

If you've registered using an email address and password, you will receive an email to verify your account and complete your registration.
